We can do many things to stay well, and it is always a great idea to have a safety plan for our mental health just in case!
Use this workbook page to think about things that you can do when you are feeling stressed, and to keep in case there is ever an emergency. Getting to know our own mental wellness also means understanding when we feel well, when we need support, and when things feel like a crisis (emergency). Finally, think about how you like for others to check in with you. Does it feel comforting to have a hug? Do you prefer to have a conversation? Would you rather talk over text before checking in in person?
